Directions
from the airport:
Take the S-Bahn line S1 or S8 to "Marienplatz".
from the central railway station:
Take any S-Bahn line (two stops in the direction of "Ostbahnhof") to "Marienplatz".
from Marienplatz:
Take the subway (U-Bahn) lines U3 or U6 (both heading for "Odeonsplatz") to "Universität". Exit the subway station using the ecalator on the north side (front end of the tube).
Keep to the right in the underground intermediate storey and take the ecalator to the groundfloor level. You will then emerge in Ludwigstraße, a large arch called the Siegestor is ahead of you.
Turn right at the arch into Schackstraße.
Schackstraße 4 (green building) is approx. 150 m further on the right hand side.
